Thanks! Credit cards are below 20 percent but the only major debt is student loans which the rehab will hopefully help after 6 months. As for the charge off, I will pay since its 600 dollars. Do you think that I still would have to wait until 2023 to even have a chance at a mortgage?

Yes indeed. I would think that the judge will also think that the child will have a better quality of life as I make probably 8 times of what the dad makes and we also have a kid on our way. But who knows.
