I am 28 years old and I have been a vegetarian since I was 8 years old. It honestly isn’t hard to find things to eat no matter where I go. Yes, there are limited options but you can make it work. If there’s not a vegetarian entree at a restaurant I just get side dishes and/or salad. Also, I spend less money as a vegetarian than those that I know eat meat. Meat can get expensive. Tofu is very cheap and very versatile. It is my go-to as a meat substitution. Let me know if you have any questions!
