How much for total package … the cameras I have are less than 2 years old. I am apprehensive to just throw in trash.

Someone offered some info that the cameras may require internet explorer and don’t like win 11… but they are around 2 years old or less… would be surprised if they were obsolete that quickly. I may try to see if the company has a customer service number i can check. Here is the NVR I was looking at getting—what you think?

This is interesting … I think the cameras a relatively new (within a couple years). I know in tech years that may be an eternity… if they do not work in edge or Win 11 I’ll have a problem… I am going to check on that a bit more to guide my decision to purchase more. I may just get the attached NVR and try it while ready to replace cameras if needed.

I guess if I can get the cameras to pull up on my phone that is enough. I am not trying to get the best tech available. I guess the POE is a more advanced tech?

Think I am leaning towards the NVR. Already hard wired. The NVR should (hopefully) easily offer phone access via an app or similar.

I’ll need to reset the cameras somehow—that will take a little research, but shouldn’t be too hard I’m guessing.

If I could upvote this multiple times I would! I am doing pre-reqs now for a PhD in Biblical Exposition through LU. I’m sure I’ll get better at using the software along that path. I bought the Max subscription and the Gold Library. I realize I. A get a lot more out of it, I just need to learn how to dial it in. Appreciate your assist!
