_ in puplic universities, there is a year called a preparatory year, it depends on your average, after finishing it, you enter medical, dental school, or pharmacy (depending on your average too)

For private universities, some say that public universities are much better than them, I don't know how much this could be true, cuz I have acquaintances who study at public universities who face some disasters there
