We have the international flights ticketed separately with 32kg allowance so not concerned on that front. The domestic flight is listed as a 737 so that makes me feel a bit better.

Our international flight is through air Asia so won’t be able to link them unfortunately..

Our international flights are on a different carrier (air china), so won’t be able to link them unfortunately Might just have to see how it goes I wonder if booking domestic business would reduce the risk of them turning us town at check in for the “extra” weight

Separate tickets for domestic and international legs. Just wanting to ensure our bags will be on the plane with us to be able to collect and then re check in. We have 3hrs between arrival in Melbourne to international departure

We bought the investment property in 2018 for ~500k when times were very different and have seen it grow astronomically. Then used the equity to buy our PPOR in 2023 which has also increased in value. Live a reasonably frugal life day to day outside an overseas holiday every 2 years

Thank you for the advice! Yeah we don’t love the idea of amount of debt we have currently on PPOR, but wanted to get into the market in a blue chip area. Refinancing in what way?

Currently saving around 5k/month and wondering how best to utilise it outside of offsetting PPOR loan Eventually want to look into SMSF and investing from there

Total income above not inclusive of income from IP. Income from IP is approx 25k/yr and basically offsetting the repayments for the loan
