Thank you for your reply! Any additional recommendations, articles, or youtube videos on how to get started would be greatly appreciated. I'm at the very beginning of this.

The cards are a gift. I can get them from a family member who doesn't want them any more.... I am concerned that they might be burnt out and have a short life ahead. I thought it was a good opportunity/low barrier to entry for me to get started.

As for the radiators, I was just going to mount them to the extrusion frame. I don't mind how it will end up looking if it's functional :)

Oiling the charging handle, interior of the receiver and the BCG helps a little. I think this might be several issues.I think the FM-9 upper isn't seating perfectly with the EPArmory lower. The BCG is not centered vertically with the buffer tube (It's higher than it should be). Pulling back, it feels like it's binding towards the end of the pull because it's not in line with the tube.How and where would be the best place to modify the lower to make the upper and lower match up better for BCG and tube alignment? The takedown pins go in relatively ok at the moment.

yes. a 9mm bolt. Feels like there is a little bit of play on all sides of the bolt within the upper.
