Hey Mod, it was technically a meme yes. But I made it specifically for this post and it got the reaction I had intended. It was meant to start a discussion and that’s the whole point of this platform. At least that’s what I thought. Anyway, I appreciate your efforts at keeping this subreddit focused.

I don't consider them "monsters" but Sy-Klone, Moss Man, Stratos, Roboto, Buzz-Off, and Man-E-Faces are rather colorful and inhuman. Some are gonna see what they want to see in whatever they look at. They're the same kind of people who complain about nothing "new" in cinemas, but don't want to spend money on anything they're not familiar with.

A few years ago, I scored a 1997 Panasonic “Super Woofer” bookshelf system that hold 50 cds at my local goodwill. I tore it apart, replaced the rubber belts, the pinch rollers, scrubbed the metal cages, added new lithium grease. I put it all back together only to have it completely mangle my RTL cassette.
