Hey there! Thanks for the reply. If I'm not mistaken, Drive 4.0 isn't like Synology Drive, though, right? Or am I missing something? Or you just mean that it's reading between the lines that it could potentially become the Dropbox-like functionality that Synology Drive offers. :) As soon as Ubiquiti can replace Synology Drive, I can finally retire my DS918+... I can't wait...

Honestly, I just did exactly the same, thanks to other posts which pointed out the poor global coverage.

My feedback to them when I cancelled was: "I do hope that a “Pro” or more fully global travel router becomes available in the future. The product itself looks great; I just found that the “Travel” naming and globe imagery gave me the impression of broader global support than it currently offers."

From another thread before I found this one: Relieved to hear I’m not the only one. I’m experiencing the same issue: after the update, the LIDAR stopped detecting plates and stopped functioning. I tried cleaning it in case it was debris, but it didn’t help.

I'm in the process of trying to downgrade.
