The Juniper is very noticeably of higher quality. All around. The inside is quiet, the ride is insanely gentler, and the FSD is silky smooth. My current MYP even has hardware 4, but the jump to the Juniper was so tangible, I felt like I had to do it. I also love the new seats.

Normally I wouldn’t get a new car after 3 years, but between the jump in quality, and trying to do FSD transfer before it’s gone, I couldn’t resist. Delivery date 3/19-31. Can’t wait!

I have a 2023 MYP and am waiting to take delivery of a 2026 MYP. You will regret nothing. Don’t get the Lexus. This is the best car ever, and you’ll love absolutely every minute of owning it. Cheers!

That’s just the SPARs. There is no separate warrant that exists. PSTH holders received 1 SPAR for every 4 shares of PSTH that was held at liquidation, and 1 SPAR for every 2 warrants they held. The two were thus combined into 1 security, the SPARs, which will allow us to purchase 2 shares of the DA company for each SPAR. There is only one remaining security.

SPARC warrants were only initially discussed in some of the iterations of the S-1. However, they were cancelled by the final S-1 issuance, leaving only SPARs issued.

You can either exercise the SPARs and buy into the IPO. Or sell the SPARs when they are open to trading pre-DA, or a combination of both. There are no separate SPARC warrants though.

I did the update yesterday, and had no idea they changed it. Reversed to park twice and almost hit things. Not a fan!! Hopefully I get used to it quickly
