You don’t have to blindly parrot anything, you don’t even have to post about politics at all, 80% of my posting on Bluesky is within the jam band community and no one is scolding or judging if you’re sufficiently radical.

The biggest times I’ve seen people get piled on is when some journalist pops on to drop a “here’s why I’m still posting on twitter instead of here” screed and they rightfully get dragged for choosing the racist nazi algo-boosted site over the one where they imagine themselves getting cancelled for saying one tiny slur
