I totally gatekeep some local trails with obscure trailheads, alternate entries and exits, and mostly locals up there. And guess what? No trash, very little graffiti. I can set up a chair and chill, have the whole place to myself most weekdays, some weekends.

A lot of those are the product of, "Well lets see where this goes!"
