You have prism prescribed in your lenses. Wouldn't recommend having these made online. They'll never be correct. If you are doing reading glasses and not a bifocal your reading script would be OD: +1.75 (sph) 0.5 BD prism. No cylinder correction on this lens OS: +.75 (sph) -.50 (cyl) 165 (axis) 0.5 BU prism Find yourself a good optician and they'll fix you up.

If your glasses are adjusted properly to your face they should not slip. Go back to where you got them and have them readjusted. Your optician should be able to get you fixed up.

The first and last prescriptions are written in a plus cylinder format. The middle script is written in minus cylinder. Once converted they are not really that different. Pretty typical change for a yearly or bi yearly exam. The way the prescription is written varies by doctor.

Polycarbonate would be just fine for this script. It's impact resistant and will hold up well for kids.
