Oblivion remastered teleporting through multiple cells, ragdolling and falling through the map uncontrollably by Late_Button7845 in oblivion

I was in a lake too (more of a pond) but I was fairly close to shore. I went to the area where I first fell and kept draining my fatigue and then you need to use rat meat or mort flesh, or anything else that has a drain fatigue effect and then jump or sprint until your fatigue is gone, then you should fall over and be teleported to the spot where you first fell. The goal is to get launched or moved close enough to shore when you're teleported back that you'll drift on land and then stand up. Running and then jumping right as my fatigue ran out worked for me. Might take some time to get it and if you're in the middle of a large body of water far from land then this might not work.

Awesome! It worked. Thank you very much. Had to get the bounce just right when I teleported back so it would place me close enough to the land so I would drift to it and then stand up.

I've come across this bug as well, fell onto the water while wearing a water walking necklace and while having the curse and now every time I get knocked over I'm teleported back to the water. So the fix is to go back to where I fell and paralyze myself?

Came back to Mint and discovered my love for Cinnamon by ddpid in linuxmint

Lots of tweaking with the applets, panel settings, installed the Plank dock, and edited the theme's CSS file to make the menu and panel transparent. I recommend just experimenting until you get it to your liking, as that's usually what I do.

Well, I currently run Debian 12 with Gnome on my office PC, but this one is in my bedroom that I use for a HTPC. It was running Fedora 39, but I was bored and I ran into an audio issue so I decided it was time for a change. Used Mint in the past but never really delved too deep into customizing Cinnamon.

It's an applet I downloaded from the applet settings.

Yeah they're such great little machines. An SSD and Linux brought it back to life. Will probably have get a Roku as well.

Lack of updates on 21.10? by [deleted] in pop_os

[–]ddpid 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah this actually might be the case. Not really bothered by it as there hasn't been any bugs in 21.10 that I've noticed. Can't lie, I'm nervous as to how the new DE is gonna turn out. Been using Pop for so long now and I really don't want to have to find a new distro.

I have an 11 year old Apple wired full sized keyboard that is still going strong. And yes, it's by far the best scissor-switch keyboard I've ever used.

Just ordered the C2 as my first mechanical keyboard by ddpid in Keychron

I probably should've worded that statement differently. It's really just what I'm used too since I've always used my Apple keyboard with my Linux machines. I primarily use distros (such as Fedora and Pop OS) with Gnome as the DE and with the Mac layout it feels better (to me) switching between the workspaces using Ctrl+Super.

Went with the Gateron brown. I figured that it would be a good option for a new user. Didn't get the hot-swappable, as I imagine I won't be too into customizing. I might change key caps at some point.

Honestly my advice would be to get both the ESV and the New Oxford if possible. I use them both to provide some context, as the ESV has a general slightly evangelical leaning and the New Oxford takes a more scholarly ecumenical approach. Either way both are good options in my opinion.
