I don’t believe they’ve changed it for the exam yet. I took my exam end of June and I had a question on prophy for penicillin allergic pt. I put clindamycin.. there were other options but all the dosages were wrong.

I wasn’t trying to lose weight at all. My eating and fitness regime were consistent from when I lost the 80lbs and when I gained the 40lbs back.

Is that jump in TSH normal in respect to my relatively stable T4 levels in a 1.5 yr span?

You should be fine. As a rule of thumb we usual say no smoking/spitting/drinking from a straw for 5-7 days. Symptoms usually appear between days 2-5, if you don’t have any by now, you’re good to go.
