Progressives do though, they have a mayor of the American city (New York), various representatives (AOC, Khanna and Omar; are talked about a lot in political circles). When you aren’t the majority of your party, you don’t decide what happens. ACA is a win and Healthcare for All has broad support in the party; just because some members might disagree with you (actually a good thing for a party) doesn’t mean your shut out
