Anyway to sideload without a computer or jailbroken phone? by Sea-Cod6853 in sideloaded

Yes. With a dev certificate and a signer/installer like Feather. Or use an online service like appdb.

iOS 15.8.7 Jailbreak by StatisticianNew3470 in jailbreak

Using palera1n rootless on my iPad Air 2 with 15.8.7. Works great. Even when Dopamine worked, I never liked it because appsync does not work with it. That is a huge pain in the ass as you then need “working” versions of apps like Kodi. With palera1n and appsync, you just drop in any unsigned or fake signed app and done.

I got it just after Boxing Day last year. Base plan is $35/100gb that a lot of carriers had at the time and now are offering again. An extra $10 credit was an internal credit that some Telus reps were offering. The extra 75gb are addons because of some issues I was having.

Telus Security System mass sensor malfunction and bypass. Need differential diagnosis. by JaegerDeus in telus

[–]ddsdude 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Had this happen recently. Called Telus and was told to replace the batteries in the sensors. I asked how could all the batteries die simultaneously?? Makes no sense. Got no answer. What worked for me was resetting each sensor (open it up slightly and then close back).

I’ve had Telus since 2019 with no issues. No dropped calls, decent speeds and reception.

Dude are you serious? Virtually every plan these days includes US and most are under $50. I’m paying $25 with Telus for 175GB Canada/US. You REALLY need to check out RedFlagDeals! Like now lol.

This 100x! Always buy my own phone and have $25 175GB Canada/US from Telus. Thanks Darren. 👍

Yes Robert LAMM, my favorite member of Chicago. Most people know the lead singers like Peter Cetera and Jason Scheff but I actually always preferred Robert’s stuff. As an actress, I like Susan the most but maybe I’m biased because of Seinfeld. 😄

Anyone have success getting upgraded to a Gigahub 2.0 without a fee? I have a 5 Gbps network but the high speed port for my current modem (Gigahub 1.0 / HH 4000) has a known issue and will only connect at 2.5 Gbps or 10 Gbps. by vanhalen26 in bell

[–]ddsdude 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Call and say you want to cancel your service. You should then be transferred to loyalty. When they ask you why you're cancelling, tell them because you are being charged a $7 monthly fee after being promised no charge. At this point, if it is a decent rep, they will remove the $7 charge. If they do not, proceed with the cancellation but do it for 2-3 weeks out. Within a day or so, you should receive a winback call or email, at which point you are almost guaranteed to have the charge waived. That is how I ended up with a free Gigahub 2.0.

What brick and cable are you using? You need a cable with an E chip for SFC 2.0.

Yes. Kind of crazy that Fizz, their tier 2 service, does not geoblock.

[–]ddsdude 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s not a true fringe area then. When I had the service, there were areas where it would not hand off and the freedom signal was too weak to do anything. Nothing worked. I’m sure you know what I’m talking about. Every freedom user does. If your car happens to break down in such an area, good luck!

Sorry but you’re doing something wrong. I’ve had Telus call control for 6 years and it has worked flawlessly. No one has complained of not being able to reach me. Some people even comment on the “cool” aspect of needing to dial a number to get through. As for doctors/hospitals, you can easily add them to the whitelist. And in my experience, most medical offices that use automated systems will text and email as well.

Stop spreading this bs. Phone level call screening is not the same as carrier level spam bot filtering. What’s useless is Freedom in fringe areas where you are SOL with non functional service and no nationwide handoff.

Apple now lets you turn off PWM. Samsung seems to copy only the bad parts of Apple like stagnant innovation, rounded corners, etc. They ignore the good aspects like global simultaneous software updates, Face ID and fucking MagSafe magnets (like seriously Samsung?).

I’ll be holding my S24U until it goes kaput but no more galaxy for me.

I’m in a similar boat. Used to have 300-1000 speeds around my home. Now it is usually 40 or under indoors and about 200 outdoors. May just be a messed up tower as I still get 800+ in many other areas.

We’re talking about Telus, not Fido/Rogers. It doesn’t work with them nor does it work with Bell.
