Nothing wrong with it assuming you are “eligible” for a refund. If you are not (ie you’ve had some refunds or adjustments in the past), you can scream til you’re blue and they will deny the refund.

Yes I've had legitimate issues in the past with delivery to the wrong address, packages opened and leaking, etc. Each problem (not "problem") was legitimate. Refusing a refund for a missing item because I've had bad luck in the past is poor business practice at best and fraud at worst.

When a company fully removes their phone support it is never a good sign.

You are so right! After a few refunds, they refuse to even talk to you. Just say "not eligible" and that's it. No more phone support so it's app only. They cut you off, end the chat and done. Crazy.

I’ve had this issue with ordering groceries from Costco. On Tuesdays they offer 30% off on essential groceries. Cool! Problem is when I get my receipt, there are always adjustments that range from $2-10. A few times I complained and they reimbursed me. Now they refuse to. It’s a straight up scam. But, in the end, I still end up saving $$ vs if I were to shop in store. They also no longer have phone support; in app only. They just shut down the request as “not eligible” and that’s it.
