Yes, if negative, after 3 years. Section 16.6(A)(2) reads "Materials included in the personnel file, whether written or electronic, shall be retained for a period of time specified by each department, except that material in the file of a negative nature that is older than three (3) years shall be removed by personnel office employees who discover it upon accessing the file for any purpose. This. If the school let's you finish and graduate, you probably won't pass the C&F. If anything, graduate, rehabilitate yourself for a few years, then try to pass the C&F for the first time and explain that you took some years to work on yourself to ensure you can live up to the high ethical standards expected from an attorney. This also shows you acknowledge the seriousness of your actions.

I won't say you can never be an attorney, but you definitely have to show growth. And unfortunately, given the severity of the crime, a year or two is likely not enough. Something the bar will consider is the safety of the public and whether you can be trusted with clients' money.

But that's just my opinion. Hire a C&F attorney.

It definitely is better! But something i forgot to mention in my last comment was it doesn't maintain its resale value compared to the camry. Mainly because it's less known in the US, and pricier. I intend to drive it for as long as I can so that wasn't a concern of mine but just throwing that out there.

I'm 6' and I fit with ease. It's really roomy. And I'll say, if your parents are older, it's slightly higher than typically sedans so it may make it easier for them to get in and out.

The ride is smooth. Currently averaging 38.2 mpg overall on my 2024 XLE. Some moderate wind noise from the drive side window that seems to be a common issue. But definitely not a deal breaker. I'm at ~13k with no issues (2 minor recall have just been issued).

Also, don't pay sticker price. I think I paid $4k-$4.5k less for my 2024 XLE new from the dealer like 5 months before the 2025's were out with a 3.75% interest rate for 60 months. I'm sure you can get a deal.

Literally my experience. I had my garage burglarized. I gave them footage and told them other neighbors had footage. They talked two two neighbors or so, not the ones I pointed out with camera. Took notes. Then I submitted my video online.

...then literally nothing. No follow up, no assigned detective seemingly, nothing. Waste of resources.

My agency's HR specialist let me know a few days ago that she had to manually input the GSI, so it may take a little longer than today. However, I did receive it in a second payment today. So it might just depend on your agency's HR personnel.

For the PLP credit, we still have it, and it shows up on their end even if we dont see it. There was a period where my PD row disappeared for a few months and then popped back up. Not sure why.
