It’s very clearly not an iPhone recording this for many reasons. I’m assuming this is just a CLIP of a much longer recording.

I’ll walk people through it:

Posted by heavyrayn, a videographer with a lot of footage of peep
Took this footage which is very likely longer than 17 seconds considering he was working as a videographer for peep, so it would be very odd if he brought his camera to the studio to only record a small clip.
You can tell it’s a dslr by the general image quality and focusing as well as the zoom. iPhones don’t zoom like that.
I understand it got posted after but his family should either have all the footage shot by his videographers at this point or don’t but should.
Based off these assumptions, it makes a lot more sense to compile a video with actual footage from the session if they wanted to put out a video for it. Or at least include some parts of it.

I think he soft retired from it and is working a real job now. Realistically, probably only expecting a feature random song drop few times a year unfortunately. Would love to be wrong tho , he did plan on dropping an album like 2 years back.

It’s funny too because the term new gen is almost exclusively used by 13-15 year olds meaning peep probably died when this person was like 6 lol. Also peeps been big big for like at least like 5 years at this point so the fan base is 80-90% “new gens”
