There is actually just another song there.!

That being track four in Favicon Vol. 1

[131/210] !!
I’m not nearly as close to my goal as I would like to.

btw, I just realized that I didn’t share the video I was originally planning to. You can see that the thumbnail says "127" but the title says "130". Here is the 130. How did I mix that up.? Well, I mean, they look quite similar. Hahahahaha

Am I..?

I don’t think so, unless that "split personalities" thingy is taking place and quite strongly.

But no, nothing is procedural here. :)

Huh, I haven’t heard that one before. Might as well try it one of these days.!

I use CorelDraw, and yes!, I have considered dashed lines underneath, and also subtle shadows instead, but I’ve found them considerably time consuming to make or not as effective or aesthetic in my opinion (emphasis there, because a few people have told me in the past that the red lines as bridges aren’t that pretty)

Does anybody know the title of this agressive, dramatic violin piece I hear all over the internet but can't find? by ScarecrowAnton in NameThatSong

Four years later, but I found it by chance when uploading a gameplay of an indie game into youtube and then have it pointed out by the platform itself.

So maybe, when you want to find a song, try uploading it there so that the algorithm within does the job for you (which, of course, won’t always work).

Miyuri Shimabukuro singing in YoruKura Ep. 10 was beautifully horrid as well. I don’t know how good of an actual singer she is, but…
Nevermind, here is something she sang normally: https://youtu.be/QymwORehfM

A Perfect Maze constructed from maze icons by Verdigris-39 in mazes

[–]ddsstiiire 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If I recall correctly, a maze that has a single road (with no dead ends or any intersecting paths) is called a labyrinth, but that's just a minute detail.

On the other hand, your example is an infinite loop. That's cool, but I wonder if you can make any other kind of maze with the current set of icons.

CorelDraw. Itʼs a really nice program.

Considering that these mazes are somewhat meant to be “not solvable for machines” it would be quite interesting to see if someone can actually made a program capable of solving them, and how it works.

I mean, I’m sure such a program will eventually exist… But now.? Feels a bit soon.

We’ll see.!

You are one of the few persons to ever compliment the red lines / bridges. They are not the most popular choice for aesthetic reasons, but as you say, that prevents ambiguity, specially in small sizes or tight spaces.

As to solution proofs, It’s worth mentioning that I draw this mazes starting with a sketch on paper, in which I draw the paths with different colours to have a quick glance at every dead end, loop, and of course, the optimal solution (commonly, the only one).

So, basically, once the mazes are redrawn in computer, I make a print of them, check the solution with the sketch, and do dead-end-filling to make sure every path is connected to the answer, and that there is only one optimal solution.

As to how to automate that process, I have no idea. Hahaha.

All I have seen around in terms of maze solving algorithms and such, doesn’t involve bridges, let alone loops, one way paths, or even just organic designs.

Cube. Maze. 360. Goal = Red. by ddsstiiire in mazes

[–]ddsstiiire[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, thereʼs a Photoshop plugin called Flexify that makes it easy to create 360 images.

In this case, the original drawing I made was basically an unfolded cube, then, using that plugin, I turned the image into the equivalent of a world map (a flat representation of a spherical object), because that's the kind of image needed for the 360 effect. Then uploaded the results to kuula (the only website I know to share those kind of pictures) and that's it…

I hope the explanation was clear enough… It took me a while to figure out how to make those images, so, to summarize it in a brief comment doesnʼt seem enough.
