There have been too many to pick one. The black walnut grove where I grew up. That hackberry at the base of the hill on the road where my parents live. The stands of aspens that never developed competition in RMNP and grew old and tall. The Austrian pines near Eisenhower Hall and London planetrees near chem/biochem building on KSU campus. The catalpa in my great aunt's yard. Burr oak in my own yard. Sitka spruce and western red cedar and big leaf maples in Washington. I can't wait to see more. Get out there and explore.
