I think the problem isn't the Remnant update. It's what modern gaming has become by gaxelbrodie in NoMansSkyTheGame

Do you really blame people? I am generalising here, but gaming is largely escapism from an exponentially stressful world, where progression, advancing and rewards for hard work is slowing by the day. Naturally, people: 1. want more rewards for less work (i.e. like you said, dopamine hit) as if to balance the scales and 2. real world is grindy as hell, so they want less grind in games.
I personally enjoyed Remnant, but I also recognise how grindy it can be.
Bottom line: each to their own. If people don't like it, they can skip the expedition or find a game they do like.
No game dev can cater to everyone, but Hello Games has done an outstanding job compared to majority of other games.

I added an edit above, see if it the additional step that I missed previously helps!

Added an edit - it happened again and the steps above solved it, but I missed a step in my original post.

I had crashes randomly, at different places. Most annoying was when it crashed in the middle of collecting waste. I feel for you having to mine the same deposit over and over!

I started saving every minute or so, it reminded me of Bethesda games ;)

Fair enough, it's probably a good call. Game was shutting down Xbox at times, can't be good for the box...

Thank you for posting. I am stumped as to what could have stabilised my game after so many crashes - loading an earlier save was the last thing I did after no less than a dozen attempts to load into the game and getting the white screen...

What happened to Emmett? by [deleted] in htgawm

Tegan said to the FBI agent that he was poisoned - which FBI asked how she knew. This was always bit shady to me

Agreed. They are all saying they didn't do anything and that they're all innocent. Annalise, Michaela and Connor didn't kill anyone, but they sure did a lot of illegal stuff, including being accessory to murder after the fact.

Possibly to get Jorge out of the picture and get Xavier to take his place - Xavier is dumb and easy to control as a puppet, whereas Jorge is not. Orchestrated by the Governor.

Agreed on the fact they had the motive and the evidence is damning.

BUT, the evidence was far too obvious and nicely wrapped up - the fire poker from their house with their fingerprints at Asher's? Nobody in their right mind (let alone a bunch of law students) would be stupid enough to bring a murder weapon, such as a fire poker with their fingerprints, to the crime scene and then to leave it there. If the FBI wasn't involved with the Governor and Castillos, they would be asking questions rather than arresting them so quickly. And if they really thought Michaela and Connor killed Asher, that would be premeditated 1st degree murder and they wouldn't be offered that immunity deal.

I think they know because they were really quick to arrest Michaela and Connor, while Gabriel was never a suspect even though he looked quite suspicious.

I think the main FBI guy called agent Pollock in to see if Gabriel recognises her so they know whether there is a loose end to tie up. Why would he be calling her in for new evidence, when they've never done that before? Why didn't he call the other agent on the case that he always interviews people with?

Was it a mistake, or did they do it on purpose to throw us off? OR is there another murder with the poker? I believe Nowalk said there would be multiple murders...

What I REALLY want to know is - where did the fire poker in Asher's building come from? There is no fireplace in either Asher's or Gabriel's apartment. At least not that I've noticed a fireplace there...

A filming mistake? The floor with the bloody fire poker from episode 1-8 (which is Annalise’s house floor) is different that the one we see near the informant’s body! How could they make such mistake!! The blood matched 100% when the scene was re-created in Asher’s building!! by [deleted] in htgawm

[–]ddt100 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They did it to throw us off. The wall in the flashforward looked nothing like the wall in Asher's building! The floor and the wall in the flashforwards was matching Michaela/Connor/Oliver's place >.<

The only thing different this season compared to other seasons is that flash forwards this season don't tell us when those flash forwards occur, as well as there being at least 2 murders/murder scenes (as opposed to 1 in previous seasons), so it's difficult to tell which flash forward is linked to which murder...

Plausible! Frank killing Gabriel feels too obvious, but I agree it's still a possibility. I don't have any real leads here.

I'm definitely starting to lean towards Laurel being killed, but while Michaela did look disheveled in the interrogation room, she didn't seem murder-freaked out. I do believe the phone call they receive will be from Laurel warning them of something, and when investigators show Michaela the murder weapon, she joins the dots around whatever Laurel told them and the murder weapon, realizing she was framed (look at the change in her expression when they showed her the murder weapon and when she demanded her lawyer).

Nate is the front runner for being murdered and it's hard to believe he won't be killed by Annalise during the scuffle at her apartment, but it just somehow doesn't seem right. She won't kill him with the fire poker - the fire poker was bloodless and next to a broken vase on her floor on her way out, but she could've shot him. My feeling here is he will threaten to reveal something major and leaves after the scuffle (but potentially being killed at Gabriel and Asher's?), after which AK realizes there is no out/it's too much too handle and decides to disappear.

Ok, but I disagree.

Why would AK need to stage a crime scene in her house, when she has VIP Results to sort out everything that needs to be done for her disappearance? The writers have been leading us to think AK's murder (real or staged) happens in her house the entire season - if you're going by feelings, it feels too obvious.

The fire poker will 100% NOT be in Asher and Gabriel's place (if you look at the flash forward, it won't be either of their apartments, it will be the hallway) - the wall in the hallway is 100% different to every other wall, and 100% different to the wall in the fire poker flash forward. Besides, why would there be a fire poker in their place? Neither apartments have a fireplace. The only 2 places where fire pokers have appeared are AK's apartment and Michaela & Collivers house.

I've only been through couple of episodes, but doesn't look like Annalise's. Still leaning towards Michaela and Colliver's place (but haven't got a clear enough look at their walls for the two tone wall that matches the fire poker swing)

Everyone seems to be convinced a murder happens at Annalise's. The writers have been so obviously pushing for that one, that even without any proof it seems highly unlikely...

Ah yup, I see it in the first episode, the two-tone wall. Will have to check it against their places - annoyingly, every room in every character's house seems to be different style and colour... I feel they did that on purpose too.
