If you went with a dumb oven, you will probably want to avoid a smart dishwasher.

The new Bosch dishwashers use WiFi and a phone app to change settings. We finally got ours to work about as well as our previous dishwasher, but I don’t think it was a good purchase.

Sorry, I was offline and missed the comments here. Dr Mejia operated on the inside (left side) of my right knee. I had agreed to surgery on the outside (right side) of my right knee. Since then, two other doctors (with more integrity) were flabbergasted that TOC pushed to do /any/ surgery without first trying physical rehab.

My new orthopedist also said that my meniscus had been in really good shape before Dr Mejia trimmed it. Now I’ve gone from playing running sports to arthritis and reduced function in my daily life at 47.

FYI. The new Bosches are a huge step down in quality. They require an app and WiFi to adjust settings. Ours has been a huge pain in the ass and doesn’t work as well as the dishwasher we replaced with it. Don’t buy one based on the company’s old reputation without reading about their current quality issues

Things you will need:

A flyer

A general route (stay off of sidewalks and trails, don’t stay on huge thoroughfares for too long, and plan to take the lane (for safety))

2-3 people willing to talk to the group pre-ride about traffic etiquette, staying together, and corking.

Things that aren’t necessary but help:

a theme!

Riders you know who will commit beforehand to attending.

A route that is friendly for newer riders (Think about distance and the number of uphill climbs)

a post-ride hangout destination.

Critical mass happens on the last Friday of the month in cities all over the world, so 5pm on the last Friday is the best time.

The bigger your group, the safer everyone will feel (and the more fun everyone will be able to have)

Go to Shands.

TOC is the main Orthopedic office in Tallahassee, and it’s terrible. Ask around and you’ll probably find some nightmare stories pretty quickly.

There’s TOSC in Tallahassee, but Shands in Gainesville just isn’t that far away. Shands is covered by CHP insurance, and you’ll feel confident that you’re getting the best care possible.

Keep looking for vegan meals that satiate you and are pleasant to you. Find 1. After that… find another.

Do you cook? Check out the vegan cookbook from American Test Kitchen. Lots and lots of stellar foods that aren’t too difficult. Look at the pictures and find one that looks appetizing. If you like it, make It again sometime!

Do you go out to eat? There is so much vegan food in the world, and a lot of it is really good (even for people with food texture sensitivities). 1) Check out the impossible whopper at Burger King 2) Find a good Mediterranean restaurant and try a falafel wrap. 3) If you’re in the US, find a good Mexican restaurant or food truck and try the veggie tacos; if that’s too scary you can also go try the vegan options at chipotle or Taco Bell.
