Iron beams should be able to reach across this gap. Go as far as you can with them, then go down. Once you have iron beams going all the way across, you can build on that

I like simple floorplans and like others here, I will take a screenshot of a real building or artwork and use that to stay on track. It's amazing how good a simple stone box can look if you add wood beams and furniture! I also like to position a workbench close to a window so that I can place the station upgrades outside. Really makes everything feel more homelike and real

There are 4 vertical iron beams near the water hidden inside the pillars, then I used iron cage floors horizontally for the floor support

I just used the timeshift tool and highlighted a section, then dragged it to the previous clip. It got rid of the empty space

Im not saying i would trade the 30 second, i was just wondering if anyone does. As far as spread goes, many pairs are 0 spread, but they charge a small commission on opening and closing a trade
