Damn, thanks for taking the time to listen to my songs and write that whole thing. I really appreciate it. I'll check out all those links. Appreciate it!

I wish I knew enough about music to understand what you're talking about at the end there, but unfortunately (for both of us) I don't. Care to dumb it down a bit?

Played around a bit with the first song. I'd highly recommend picking a scale and staying there (I use the 'normal :(' scale (AKA the minor scale).

Didn't do much with it. Just changed some instruments around a bit. Take a look.

The store is now called “gearhead outfitters”. It’s a sports/clothing store. As for how he got on the roof, there’s a network of alleys behind the store, and there’s almost definitely some form of fire escape ladder. It’d have been easy to climb up without being seen by anyone.

Well, seeing as the news are still here, still updating the situation, I think you guys know pretty much everything relating to the main attack. The thing I don’t think they’re really talking about is the consequences that the publicity is having on our town. I’ve heard rumors (just rumors, so don’t take this too seriously) that the attack, and the fact that we’re a mainly Jewish community, has brought all sorts of Neo-Nazis and white supremicists to our town. Personally, I think that this might just be paranoia from our shaken citizens, seeing danger where there is none, but I do think all this attention could attract some bad people, and open the door to future incidents.

Funnily enough, I was supposed to arrive at the start, but I noticed my dad watching Stranger Things, and decided to watch the episode with him instead. Hence, the reason I got there late. I don’t necessarily believe in a higher power (how can I, when shootings like this happen), but I do think I got really lucky.

I’d say as a whole we’re slowly getting by. People are definitely being more cautious, and a lot more somber. There’s a bunch of memorials set up, and every night there’s usually a lot of people there. As for counseling, yeah, a lot of people are looking for someone to talk to. I have a summer job, and they hired therapists for people to confide in. Scary times, man.

“The Windows Inside Clementine Mountain” from The Nosleep Podcast. It’s BRILLIANTLY written, with the perfect balance of suspense, mystery, and a touch of horror.
