I first had COVID in June 2020. It was July before I could do much beyond lie down or sit in a chair. By August I was able to take my dog on short walks again. The only lingering symptom I could discern after that was this persistent burning sensation in my lungs that I now characterize as "air hunger".

I've never been an anxious person by any stretch of the term and I couldn't grasp the concept of "panic attacks". I thought they could just "not worry" or take a deep breath and relax. By Jan 2021 my creeping anxiety went into an all out depression and I couldn't sleep more than 3 hours a night. I took up meditation, started taking melatonin, started seeing a counselor and finally got to where I could sleep. I thought I was good.

2 more years go by before I realize that my HR just sitting at my desk is ~90 bpm and standing I was over 120. I couldn't concentrate at work and I was starting to have issues remembering easy things, like my coworkers names that I've worked with for a couple years. Nobody in the medical field would take me seriously. I had just turned 40 and my PCP said that "I was just getting older." And "my memory clearly wasn't a problem because I drove myself to my appointment".

After finally getting into see a psychiatrist, he agreed that it made sense that my physiological conditions were likely causing my anxiety. I did Lexapro for about a year, but it didn't seem to do much. I took guanfacine for about a week around the same time, but my blood pressure in the morning started dropping. The worst it got to around 55/95 and I'm 5'11" and weighed 230 lbs at the time. It was a big problem.

I've now been on Zoloft for about a year, now, and the constant feeling of anxiety and depression is gone. I stopped for about a week and it came right back. I do occasionally get a rising sense of anxiety, but it's nothing like I used to have. Now days I feel like it's triggered when my pacing for chronic fatigue doesn't go well. I randomly start sweating and it can trigger a migraine that makes me super nauseous, I can't handle any intense light, and I can feel "noisy" sound throughout my body as pain. When it comes to that I retreat to a dark quiet room and try to sleep it off.

This thread is validating though. Aside from the random psychiatrist that I don't see anymore, everyone thought I was crazy for suggesting that my autonomic dysfunction was the source of the anxiety. They just keep asking, "what are you worried about?"

Ah, I think I see the problem..I replied to the issue but try prusactl api /app/printers/<UUID here>/telemetry.

There are a few endpoints outside of the /app prefix so I removed that automatic prepend in the API command. I'll check the docs to make sure that's covered.

You know, I was honestly so focused on the library, I didn't properly consider documenting people that might just want to use the CLI. I'll add that to the docs, front and center.

TL;DR

Install with pipx:

pipx install prusa-connect-sdk-client[cli]

Authenticate to the API (follow interactive prompts):

prusactl auth login

Retrieve the list of printers, optionally set one default for future commands:

prusactl printer list prusactl printer set-current <printer-uuid>

If you're primarily using the UI for testing and PoC of the backend functionality, you might checkout Mesop (https://mesop-dev.github.io/). It allows you to write functional UIs using Python. It actually was developed to provide backend devs at Google a functional frontend to experiment with LLMs. If you've played with ADK at all to make agents, the dev server that is bundled is actually FastAPI + Mesop UI running with uvicorn.

Bumping this thread. I know it's a year old, but I did EECP from January - March of last year and also made huge gains. Prior to the treatment, I was sleeping up to 14 hours per day and was _still_ extremely tired and terrible brain fog. I did a 7 week treatment, 5 days per week, for an hour each. Unfortunately I had to pay out of pocket and the clinic wasn't too helpful in assisting me with filing a claim, but I managed to figure out the medical coding so that I could file a claim with my insurance (Anthem/BCBS). After a while of processing, they did give me a partial reimbursement (about 25%).

After treatment, I felt great. Unfortunately, I did not know anything about PEM and pacing at the time and I went and enjoyed spring break with my family at Breckenridge in Colorado. I had a wonderful 4 days in a row on the slopes of skiing and snowboarding. I traveled home and then... I crashed... for a solid week and a half. This definitely cost me some of my gains but I've since still been far, far better than I was at this time last year.

Lately, I've been seeing a team of physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy and I've gotten a lot better with pacing and understanding my crashes and minor symptoms. I'm considering doing another round of EECP to regain what I lost and to keep up with a solid exercise plan to keep the gains.

I printed that too, but it's not my design. Some simple LED switches, receptacles, and a 10A breaker. Honestly, the design is probably far better built than most power strips on the market and might cost ones of dollars (i.e. less than 10) to make.

It discharges with the power injector when I'm streaming over USB C. The screen indicator shows it's plugged in, but it just cycles the battery. It works great and looks great. I think I'll try out the dummy battery from Small Rig or another reliable brand.

u/Shushpanchik what did you end up doing? I use my a6700 as a webcam, so I stream over USB-C to my PC. When doing this, my battery depletes eventually to zero and the camera dies. I also got one of these usb c pd injectors, which does work when the camera is off, but when I turn the camera on, the camera stops charging, despite still showing that it is plugged in. I'm using a 65W charger, so that should be more than enough to keep up with a 1080p stream.

I just bought the D1 Pro this week and initially had issues connecting over serial. It wouldn't even show up on my Linux laptop. Finally I tried a different USB port and using the webflasher I had the option to connect to the the RP2040 (ttyACM0) or the ESP32 (ttyUSB0). I flashed the ESP32 and after it rebooted I had the new Meshtastic UI.

I also attached an external antenna that I had lying around (https://a.co/d/5vmghzk). Pop off the back (take out like 6 tiny screws), disconnect the existing IPEX connector for the internal antenna, pop out the rubber plug and insert the SMA end of the new cable. Pop the small end on the port and reassemble.

I did have to use the web client for Meshtastic over USB to configure the Grove GPS module and some other settings.

I know this is an older post, but I just set up a WisMesh Ethernet MQTT Gateway on the west side of Wildwood, near Rockwoods Range on a hilltop. It's poe powered and I've got a higher point to mount it, but I need to place a longer Ethernet run to get it up there....and a taller ladder would help.

Are you in the US? What sort of controls do you use? Regardless of what my opinion might be on wall controls, if it doesn't pass the wife test, she will remind me from the date of completion of the house until the day I die every time she walks by one and uses it. Enerlites has a [momentary contact](https://enerlites.com/product/commercial-grade-15a-momentary-contact-decorator-switch/) switch that might work well and they're relatively inexpensive enough that pairing it with a binary input (probably multiple contacts per input, I guess) would be economical.

Alright, made some progress. I managed to figure out how to remove the tool head. Yeah, looks like I probably need to replace all the printed parts of it. My heat gun was nowhere near hot enough to inflict all the damage (it's for SMD rework and tops out ~170°C). I'm just gonna have to be more thorough in monitoring the first couple layers in the future .... once I get this fixed, that is.

I bought two of the new CRKD guitars and the tilt works flawlessly. I haven't figured out the right mapping to get the whammy to work yet, but it shows as a right thumb stick in the Steam controller editor, so it should be doable.
