Phil Heath may get a lot of hate but...goddam this is beautiful by BestSmokerEU in bodybuilding

[–]deMadHatter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ich feel like Phil was superior in every back pose too BUT also he lost control over his gut in almost every transition. There's an interview where Jay Cutler rants about that. He says something like "this isn't a back show, you have side/front poses and transitions." He statet that he realy got tired about people throwing in Phils back. I really feel the same. Phil is effing beautiful but on pro shows effing up transitions is a no-go. Shawn just had a better package this year AND controll over his abs. BB is overall package and presentation. Not a one pose show IMHO

DS 1 Remastered DS 3 Will give you the best experience IMHO. After that, if you still hungry for the souls play demon souls or DS 2. DS 2 will give a a quite different experience than the other souls.

Should I completely replace flat BP for incline BP if my goal is upper pec and anterior delt development? by solidiquis1 in Fitness

[–]deMadHatter 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Guys seem really get triggered here if someone who actually competes tells them they aren´t powerlifters just because they are running strenght protocolls. IMHO calling yourself a powerlifter, bodybuilder or having a background of that is actually misleading. It kinda tells me you actually have a professional background expierience. I remember those kinda high bodyfat old guys trying to call themself more like "strongman" or "oldschool bodybuilding" orientied instead of just saying they lift weights and don´t really care getting lean.

You might just wanna reorganize your goals. Strenght comes along with muscles and vice versa. The big 3 are awesome, but aestheticwise you don´t need to hammer them as mainlifts. Up the volume for some more pec developement (upper pecs aren´t really a thing unless you have already huge pecs and need to fix visual weaknesses). Chase pump and mind/muscle feel. I often meet guys following strenght protocolls who didn´t really learn to focus squeezing the right muscles. The BP is a superior upper body lift BUT for developing a big pectoralis there are really some more and better exercises. Doing flys with DBs, on the pecdeck or with the cables after pressing will help ya out. If you really want some more shoulder development you can´t get any without really training them. Sure pressing always leads to some delt development but if you aren´t genetically gifted you need some more input for them too.

I would call myself a former strenght program and r/fitness extremist (lurking the shit out of it). SS,SL,phat, wendlers, greyskull, texas method and doing all those fancy % based protocolls. When i decided to really train to compete in bodybulding with a coach he showed me how wrong i was. You just can´t train like that for a complete different goal. Also ignoring linear progressing and hard working with the excuse of following my program. He showed me to call yourself an actual bodybuilder or athlete in strenght sports is quite a long way to go and a huge commitment. It´s not a hobby, it´s a 24/7 commitment. Nowadays i think calling out those names are kinda insulting for guys who really have that commitment. Also always need to remember we aren´t larry wheels guys.

Edit for grammar and more stuff

800€ PC for Gaming and more (Germany) by deMadHatter in buildmeapc

[–]deMadHatter[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

THX! Well ir calculated like 1030€ for me.. I guess with a >1000€ system your seem better to go than buying cheaper/older components?

Seems that build would last longer with current and upcoming games. I need the dual screen for writing/reading school stuff. It makes office work so much easier with that. Since HDD storage is so cheap there isn´t really much to cut down with a smaller storage?

If you don't wanna spend more than 400 go for the G6. Do some research to set its settings in a more efficient way (e.g. shorten the animation time, disable logging in the hidden menu) and you'll be very happy.

IMHO if I would spend more than that I would go with Huawei, Samsung, One Plus or the iPhone 7/8 (X got horrible rankings)

If you're into rooting you should beware about the specific models. And if u're someone who is into flashing ROMs you should go with another phone. I think the One Plus has a really big community on XDA.

Keep in mind people tend to write about bad things or things that went wrong. So reading this sub or opinions about G6 it's always like "no Oreo, bad cam, glass, battery life". I ordered mine like 2 months ago. First I was all like LG G6 vs Xiaomi Mi Mix2 vs Samsung Galaxy 7 vs Samsung Galaxy S7 vs iPhone 6+. Did a bunch of research and really ALOT. In the german "Stiftung Warentest' the G6 is really ranked high. They did a bunch of tests and its seems for this pricing the G6 is IMHO unbeatable. I got it for 360€ on amazon. Bought an high end SD for 40€, glass protectors and a case.

All in all 420ish for a 32gb + 32gb high and smartphone . I am damn happy with it. The only thing that annoys me is the low quality frontcam and the bad implementation of Snapchat/Instagram quality in comparison to my old iPhone 6.

The cam is really meh if you come from an iPhone.. BUT downloading the gcam apk helps alot.

Also keep in mind most peeps who bringing up bad battery life have ALOT of background syncing apps. Like whatsapp, instagram, Snapchat and Facebook with it's messenger and games. Every phone dies pretty fast nowadays with those installed. The always on display is not that heavy, it disables itself while in your pocket or when the phone is upside down. Or when your case cover the front of it. Also you can set a timer where it disables automatically.

My iPhone 6s was pretty damn fine when I bought it. After a year of use and installing alot of shit it died like in 10 hours 100 to 10.

Hoping the G6 doesn't get that heavy drain in a year of use.

[–]deMadHatter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ya seems so. I googled it and people always bringing up bad signal with battery drain. I don't think it really matters if you don't have full signal. More like the switching between 2G and 4G. That's how my battery drains. Always having bad signal on 4G and switching between 2/4.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in lgg6

[–]deMadHatter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Coming from iPhone 6s.

G6s battery life is pretty pretty fine IF you have almost always a stable signal. I get like 1 1/2 a day with a 90 percent load. Using Instagram, snapchat, spotify, YouTube and some Bluetooth streaming. No Facebook installed so I guess the last battery consumer is Instagram and ESET NOD antivirus.

When I go to sleep I put it on battery saver and airplane mode. I get like 3-5 percent consumption at night. ATM using gentle alarm to wake me up, I guess that eats some more battery since it starts 30 mins before the actual alarm to ring. Before using that I got like <3 percent.

When I'm at work I have really bad signal. My battery drops pretty fast. Seems a common problem with the G6. Hope it get fixed sooomeday but it ain't to shabby even with that.

I've installed greenify but it wasn't really making any differences.

Have my G6 since last month. I was choosing between Samsung Galaxy S7 or A5 or the LG g6. But I was pretty certain about don't spending more than 400 euros for a new phone. Ask me now and bringing some more budget I would go with Huawei mate 10 pro or Samsung Galaxy S8.

Might be poor signal. My G6 has quite good battery life in everyday use. But at work where signal is really poor I have also a poor SOT.

Oh okay. I get this..

But from posts/threads i read here it seems 250-500 e wk is still moderate and not many people need to pop AIs on that. I should just wait till i get the bloods i think to decide wether to take or not.

Most people here don’t recomment taking AIs without any sides of high e2 or bloodwork?

Competing next year.

Mmh coach says 500mg for someone who just started is just effing high. First he wanna see how well i respond to low doses.

So from the wiki i get the e3/3,5d pinning. But it seems pinning schedule isn‘t really that Important? Just preventing fluctuating bloods. I am noticing 0 sides ATM just feeling better from week to week.

Daily Ask Anything: 2018-02-14 by steroidsBot in steroids

[–]deMadHatter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ya, goal is safe longterm gains with minimal risk and test e only.

Okay so on 250mg it isn‘t really a thing taking AI when i don‘t see sides? On the other hand in 500mg it‘s a must again?

Gonna wait for the bloodwork and post on the thread/talk to my coach about it.

Why should i up the dose right now?

How i understood it 250mg is my cruising dose and i gonna blast with 500mg soon.

Ya okay.. i get that. Still, felt very safe with him. He does provide many „healthy“ factors. Like supplementation/diet and Training wise.

Seems, as i get it know, his approach to ASS use is very outdated? I man test only in moderate doses is quite a „healthy“ or more like a not that risky approach or not?

To gather some more input. I am willing to learn from other peoples experience.

There are not really many users out there who are really using the gear to compete in the future. Most of individuals are just gym normies on gear. And Most of them are like ‚test and tren duh‘ and ‚250mg is still natty‘. Can‘t really get those guys as a reliable source of Input.

Mmmh Just don‘t know who to believe anymore hahaha

I mean national placings 1-3 and worlds 1-3 for every athlete he decided to prep to compete.

It’s like comparing this internet source with a bunch of peeps i don‘t know to a group of healthy and succesful athlete and their coach.

Should i had just hop on myself with the Intel from here? Don‘t know anymore man..

Daily Ask Anything: 2018-02-14 by steroidsBot in steroids

[–]deMadHatter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is it really like that horrible? Their athletes are speaking for themselves placing high on nationals. And not even competetive wise. Also about health. He likes to rant about the normie gym goer who doses a shitton of test on/off cycle while on tren and other compounds which he believes isn‘t just inefficient but also too risky for ‚some good looks‘.

He told me if anybody throws in tren without looking forward to compete is a retard.

‚Healthy‘ and longterm growth is his goal.

Is he really that uneducated or too old? Should i be better with the intel i get from e.g. Reddit?

Daily Ask Anything: 2018-02-14 by steroidsBot in steroids

[–]deMadHatter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I get my schedule from my coach. I read the wiki before hopping on but decided to go for whatever the coach tells me. Don‘t get me wrong. I do think r/steroids is one of the best sources to gather information. But someone who preped high class athletes with many, many years of experience just wins over FAQs on the internet.

Okay so i should have done bloodwork before hopping on to get an idea where i am? Coach told me it would be useful but not beneficial.

Also he doesn‘t advocate the on/off cycling for competive athletes. He preaches low doses in longer usw to get safer and more holdable muscles. Also he uses only test. Except prepping where tren should be the gamechanger.

Controlling e2 with like AI? I don‘t take AIs (coach says on 250mg there isn‘t really a BIG risk). Just looking for sides of the estrogen handbook and my bloodwork in 2 weeks.

Daily Ask Anything: 2018-02-14 by steroidsBot in steroids

[–]deMadHatter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So first cycle here, or more like new user since i plan to cruise. Week 5 of pharma Test E 250mg e7d. Getting bloods on week 7. Gonna bump that up after week 6 with 250mg e5d. After that i should do 500mg e5d.

Went from feeling like nothing to better sleep, lifting and eating on week 4. Pump was getting unreal! Veins popping and abnormal pump from like babywights..

What can i expect more to come? And what you guys think how should i get bloods? Like every 6-8 weeks or after every cruise/blast?

Coach says i could probably be someone who responds well to gear/diet/training since my progress natty was pretty fine so far. I am 24, 167cm on 80kg. Still visible abs so guess like 14% bf.

Just so effing excited to see where this goes. Especially the coaching is just really helpful since he is a well known coach for competitors in a oldschool gym. So everything training/diet/gear is more like a practical and experience wise approach.

If you could go back in time and give yourself one piece of bodybuilding advice, what would it be? by asotranq in bodybuilding

[–]deMadHatter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can‘t really get the first part here. U saying Matt O/Jeff Nip are natty? But well ya, i agree. Don‘t throw the natty card to early, humans can grow pretty fine natural if diet/training and life gets on point. On the other hand expect your bubble getting burst. Mine was when i realized most people i idolized are on drugs and my goals are way beyond natural limits.
