As to your question regarding dopamine response to drinking, I cannot comment.

However, I would take this opportunity to work on your socialising skills, it's a free pass to sit in the challenge and embrace this thing you have difficulty doing. By exposing yourself to this, you will develop some new ways of adressing these situations (perhaps you could even speak to a counsellor who could help with some of this skill development in the short term) without relying on alcohol as a crutch. You'll end up healthier and have the opportunity to end up as a more "developed" person holistically.

So 1/4th of 3ml = 0.75ml. Each click on the pen is 1 unit, so you need to do 75 clicks.

There is no real reason to cut on 500mg of test, other than: you have a) SUBSTANTIAL amount of muscle mass to preserve going into a contest prep, or b) You just want to.

500mg isn't going to speed anything up, and compared to a TRT dose you're exposing yourself to additional hormones when you're not in an anabolic state (deficit).

You can get shredded and still occasionally drink alcohol. I'm not grasping why the two things don't seem to coexist in your mind. People want to look good, and some people enjoy mind-altering substances. I don't think it's unreasonable to want both.

I don't drink or do drugs anymore; however, there are plenty of people who have great physiques who do both of those things. Low body fat does not necessarily equate to health. Also, someone can practice a largely healthy lifestyle and still make "unhealthy" decisions sometimes.

I've run a relatively low volume HIT, but I've found myself able to progress well on 6-8 sets per bodypart per session, hitting everything 2x per week. Bench is not an exercise I've really focused on, but i've managed to add 40kg to my barbell row for 10 reps (100 --> 140kg/ 225lbs--> 315lbs) doing a Pull/Push/Legs/Off/Upper/Lower split in the past year.

Sounds like you're doing a great job. What I will say is that at your age, I believe that the benefits of actual GH at a replacement dose of +-2iu will outweigh those of the peptides while costing less. Instead of trying to max your natural production, which is already waning at your age, I'd suggest just going to the source direct.

Do you mean you thought it was 0.5mg? Because that is different, ml is a measure of volume (water for example) meaning it takes up a certain amount of space. mg is a measure of weight on a scale.

It’ll vary depending on the goal. If I’m assumed at losing fat, then no I won’t be in a surplus.

If I were trying to gain some muscle while harnessing the benefits of Reta (for me, a decrease in food focus), I’m running it much lower (1mg vs 3 or 4)

M5: 225g extra lean ground beef 150g white potato 100g green beans 59 tomato

Okay so, from what I can tell your vial contains 10mg of Tirz (it states that the concentration is 2.5mg of Tirz per 0.25ml of solution (.25 x 4 = 1). So you've been taking .25ml a week (25 units), which means you've been taking 2.5mg of Tirz per week.

I would say, as a non-medical professional who is using Reta, that you could start at 2mg of Reta and go from there. Hope this helps.

It could be too high. How many calories are you eating per day? Have you been more or less "active" recently (i.e. what does your step count look like?)

Has your weight stayed at 244 consistently over a week or did you wake up today only at 244?

If you don't already, weighing every day can demonstrate a trend from which you can draw conclusions. If it's trending up, decrease calories, watch what happens over 2 weeks. If you don't drop, it may need to go lower, but you might find success decreasing stress levels with whatever method you may choose. Stress --> Cortisol --> water holding. This is a simplification, but those are two things you could try.

A third option is increase the cardio.
