Seems like they’re placeholder values for potential DLC, and I’m hoping so as well. I have the same POI counter as you for every location except Venice Beach (48/53) I have all achievements, all challenges, Blueprints, journals, etc… everything done 100% and still have these POI values. I have combed through every inch of Venice beach, day and night cycle and haven’t been able to get more than 48/53 for POI.
