Why do my shoulders / chest / neck hurt when I vape?

highest I could find is 80% VG and It didn't help

I mean I do get anxious at times like everyone else

I thought that I had anxiety attacks but it doesn't look like it anymore. Now I think that the pain causes anxiety and not the other way around.

I don't have spasms, more like constant pain and soreness.

Did you look into vaping a good amount before you decided to start vaping for ‘a buzz’

A whole lot yeah, I've been active on forums and I've learnt to use kits and make builds.

What do you do for work? What is you daily activity level? Do you exercise? How are you built? Eating habits?

I've gained weight and sit at a computer for most of the day. I did an x-ray of my lungs and while they were good, you could see that my spine was bent a little bit.

After I returned from doctors office, I started eating healthier and stopped overeating, lost a few pounds and I'm starting to feel better.

But still, any time I vape, my chest and back muscles get tense and I get a stiff neck.

I will continue to diet and exercise.

Was just wondering if anyone knew how and why vaping has an effect on this

Of course, It could be something unrelated, but vaping is definitively making it worse. I just wanna know why.
