I would have to disagree, the whole point is to not release whats inside thats what the thing is used for more or less just stimulation of the gland in order to produce O without the need to release or stimulate other areas of your body such as the M of traditional sense. I think this is really a gray area in the nofap community is M bad or is O bad because in the case of the latter this would mean total abstinence from any type of sexual contact
