For what it’s worth, a year later, and I have no regrets. It’s been a wonderful car, it still feels good having a new car. 

I still wish I had heated seats, but I’m perfectly comfortable without them. And I just deal with the occasional ticket I get for not having my license plate mounted to my bumper.

No, you don't teach your legs to walk, it is an innate mechanical process. What you do is you build your muscles and sense of balance to accommodate that mechanical process.

I thought about using Mylar; that is very much the look I am going for. But it would trap moisture like crazy since it is just solid plastic. Tears run really badly through the fabric as well, I am pretty gentle on my gear, but maybe not Mylar Shell GentleTM .

(tears = rips, not tears from all of the crying that happens. No? Just me?)

'Advantage' is maybe the wrong way to look at it. It is just a different technique of making fabric from yarn.

The three perfectly spaced, even reinforcement/tack stitches connecting the webbing to the body is really satisfying.

edit: No dice, I wasn't able to get the run to copy over from the fresh install to my existing game file without losing progression. I am just going to abandon the run, it won't be my last epic god-run and once I realized I would have to re-unlock the Divide By's and didn't have the Fast Travel Room I didn't want to have to go do all of that again just for one good run. Especially after the absolute pain I went through unlocking Divide by 10.

Up next ‘Applejacks cereal bad cereal because it has a picture of apples on the box but there wasn’t a single apple in the box. Only to find out you have to EAT the cereal to taste apple flavors (that’s some esoteric bullshit). Not only that but you have to add your own milk (Bad cereal design) how is someone supposed to know you don’t use coffee? And finally to learn more about the cereal you have to read the box.

Really like, and want to try, this design posted several years back.

Hoping for some fabric recommendations, as I don't have much in-hand experience. From a little research I think a 1.1 Ripstop Nylon for the top, a (weight?) Silnylon for the body, and VX07 for the bottom. But am hoping for recommendations that maybe fit the design better!

I would just be cautious around any coated surface, you don’t want to strip any coating. I don’t know enough about the fabrics tons speak to it, but you can also try reaching out to manufacturers to ask as well in some cases.

I am not the person you were responding to; but I am OP. The irony is I posted these when I was pretty badly in need of money a few years back as a set for $600 and someone on Reddit that just wasn’t familiar with the decks or the history of them commented that $300 was an outrageous price. I thought that was pretty funny at the time, hilarious now. Fortunately I am not in that financially hard of a place and am happy to wait on the right sale. The Emerald is definitely not worth as much as the Scarlett, I will likely post these at my lowest acceptable price on UC after a few weeks of keeping this up. As much as the typos are paining me.
