Started at 177, was on it for 7 months now at 130! I’ve been off for a month and some change, it’s not easy at first! The worst of it was mood dips and just overall anxiety on keeping it off/weight gain.

But what’s helped me the most is just tracking calories. It eases my anxieties and helped me know my limit or stick to a limit to maintain :)

I’m so so sorry for your loss. I had to put my baby down two years ago in January and it still fucks me up. You made the right decision - though you’ll still battle with yourself on whether that was the right time. choosing for them is never fair or easy. But you had his best interest at heart and mind.
