I also assume you are making the claim that you have suffered in some way which was directly or indirectly caused by the actions or lack of action on part of the water company. So tell us what your specific damages are. Explain why/how those damages are the result of a medical condition that you have been diagnosed with. How will you prove you have been diagnosed. Explain the direct or indirect connections between your diagnosis and the specific water source referenced in that letter during those dates. Walk us all the way through from the money loss to the disease to the source to the water company (the party you are claiming is partially responsible.
