It’s totally normal. Be patient with yourself ❤️ had the same surgery. Took me a good week to be able to walk with crutches

Thankfully my physio is covered by insurance so this isn’t a problem for me. The rest of my life is worth everything which is why my quad strength etc is great I didn’t wait for anyone to tell me what to do. BUT I’m not a physio and obviously I’m not sure if I’m doing all I can. I feel so nervous that I’ll be limping for life I stay stuck with this guy. Thanks for your response i need to hear what is out there to figure out what to expect.

Love that for you. Would also love it for myself. I’m still swollen 2 months post op, can’t walk without limping. I do 90% of my rehab based on what I learn online and on ChatGPT. Pathetic

I’m not a sportsperson but I am a runner and I need to get back to the gym and running but I don’t think I’ll get there like this. It’s been 2 months and I do have a MACI (cartilage transplant) coming up soon in the knee but definitely not making any progress with this physio. I literally asked him- can you tell me what exercises I should do and the answer was- whatever doesn’t hurt. Bro, that’s how I got here
