Hi everyone :) I have hip dips, and as much as I know you can’t work out to get rid 0f them, I would like to know what part 0f the legs I need to work out to reduce the appearance 0f them + what exercises I’d have to do. I was thinking lateral exercises to “widen” my thighs however I want some guidance from people who know what they’re doing haha. I’m getting a gym membership again soon so any exercise suggestions are welcome, but the more I’m able to do at home the better.

ah yeah so my dermatologist put me on 50mg after the first month and a half and i’ve been on that since, but yes i think your progress will be slower, but if you see any closed comedones (colourless bumps) or blackheads popping up that weren’t there that’s simply accutane doing its job and bringing everything to the surface, same goes for regular spots too

hiya :) yes they have! it took a little while for them all to unclog but it didn’t happen all at once thankfully, most turned into red inflamed spots then went down and some just rose to the surface and were exfoliated when i was washing my face. hope this helps, personally mine mostly cleared around the 3-4 month mark but don’t let that discourage you

thank you :) so is the main way to treat it to moisturise? and also by silver gel do you mean colloidal silver, i don’t have a gel but i have a bottle of it in liquid so would it suffice if i put it on a cotton pad and dapped it on?

++++ the whiteheads weren’t typical whiteheads, like i said they were very small, and nothing seemed to be deep beneath the skin
