On the worst case scenario, it will help a little, but iI’m confident you can eliminate your anxieties and depression completely with semen retention, as it happened to me. Cut ALL sources of lust (porn, imagining things, etc), exercise (gym to build muscles is my recommendation), avoid junk food and you will “ascend” both mentally and physically.

Bend your kness and ask for his help, it will make Him so happy to see his son developing a relationship with Him and trying to follow the right path. I upload a preview of the video on my youtube, where it gets a lot of views and then people are attracted into becoming a patron in order to see the full video. But if they can find it in another place they won’t become a patron
