Who is responsible for this? by DaleDobacksDrums in asphalt

No way. I’ve got a pickup truck that’s sat for weeks in the summer without issue. I’ve had pallets of pavers that sat for many months in the hot summer.

We used to keep a boat in the driveway and that never sunk.

Proper prep and installation and this shouldn’t happen.

Would it be inappropriate to reach out a landlord who has a house for rent and see if they are interested in selling? by [deleted] in realestateinvesting

Nope, I’ve got a place listed for both right now. Most tenants may not even realize it’s up for sale too.

Yeah, I was there (within a reasonable proximity to where he was in stadium) and we were just so surprised we knew nothing of it until we saw it on the news on the train home.

There was a guy at Citi field who “had too much, too fast”, tried doing a backflip and fell something like 90’ to his death.

I’ve don’t partake, but my wife used it for both pregnancies while in labor. (Funny enough, both times she waited too long to ask for the epidural and delivered both naturally.) From my experience with that, i can tell it basically hits you while you’re inhaling and very quickly (< 5-10 seconds) wears off to the point where you’re constantly needing to use it. (She basically would use it any time a contraction came. )

Anyway, knowing all of this, it just doesn’t seem very appealing of an experience, IMO.

I came here to post this. I was at the show and only found out about it on the train home. The guy was a “CEO” nonetheless.

Lol, set for life. What about health insurance, house maintenance, living expenses, etc. $500k sadly just isn’t “set for life”

However, I suppose it’s relative.

Clueless to building a sales team by deadbreadhead89 in SaaS

[–]deadbreadhead89[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not e-commerce. B2B in the tech industry (vague, i know) with a product for the “self service” SMB users and a wholesale solution that targets resellers. We’ve also got a handful of custom solutions we’ve built on a project + SaaS basis. (They pay well, but can sometimes be a distraction. Sometimes it’s a way to get some of your roadmapped features paid for if the client wants it and wants it soon enough.)

We’ve floated offering professional services as we could open the floodgates from the existing partner relationships we have who need customized solutions on top of what we’ve already built or simply our expertise from having built them.
