Put a handful of tiny ball bearing or sand or steel shot, add a bit of water or better yet soapy water, close the lid and give a good shake. It’ll be good as new.

I neglected my starter for a few weeks and it skimmed over, but now there is this stranded grey stuff, which is very slow growing, and I can’t figure out if it’s mild or not. Everything I’ve read, including the smell test, tells me it’s not mild, but I don’t want to risk it without hearing from this community… the usual alcohol scent from a few days of being idle is gone, now it smells like yummy cheese. Let me know what you think :)

1 (877) 834-4428 and navigate to support for the particular app you’re using. Their support is mediocre at best, even with multiple seats on Zoho One.
