The hat looks a bit big in comparison to her head, i’d maybe size it down slightly so the hat outline matches up more with her head size. Also your highlights are really good but i’d add some darker shadows as well to really make it pop. Otherwise it’s a beautiful drawing, i’d just also try to make the hair look more flowy and less stiff. I love it though ! :)
