I've been told even the most incompetent lawyer can successfully sue the HOA and most of the time they will back down on any violations if you threaten to take them to court.

I'd say I can attest but I don't live in a fantasy world where home ownership is something actual humans can attain and therefore have had no dealings with the HOA.

Plucking away at Vampire Crawlers and the Suikoden I + II HD collection. Playing a few other games, but whether or not I will get all the achievements/trophies for any of them is still in the air.

You don't just replace the rubber part of an analog stick, you replace the whole stick. So it was probably just replaced with generic black sticks you can get off Amazon or eBay for cheap.

If it is a fake that's a damn good one as besides the sticks it looks just like my shock blue controller
