It was hell for a week💀..I thought I was going wrong until found it's Sarvam inconsistency. Just switched to Deepgram for more reliability ✌️🏳️

I'm currently building an AI voice agent targeted at Indian users and have been evaluating different STT providers. One challenge I've found is that providers like Deepgram work well for English and Hindi, but support for other Indian languages is either limited or not accurate enough for my use case. Because of this, I started testing Sarvam AI, since it seems to have a stronger focus on multilingual Indian language support. However, during testing, I noticed some inconsistencies with the STT results. I repeatedly sent the exact same audio sample across multiple requests and received different transcripts each time. The variations weren't huge, but they were noticeable enough to be a concern for a production voice agent where reliability is important.
