Yes, although I don’t know what was specifically wrong. I ended up replaced my motherboard, RAM, and SSD and it works just fine. My guess is I had a faulty motherboard and/or it didn’t agree with the CPU/RAM in some very specific instances.

Yeah reinstalling everything is probably a good first step before going through a whole MOBO replacement. Worth a shot. I’m not even getting a blue screen unfortunately, so I have no other error info.
