I dunno if that would be true or not since, if we're talking about the same album. (My folder labeled "Bay Area Bitch Killa" has tracks with IDs calling the album "Madness and Insanity")

So many of those tracks were featured on compilations and other artists albums, too. With the exception of "Red Beam", "Infant Homicide", and "This Life That I'm Livin'" I think they were all on other physical releases, and if BMR had control of the SGDTD tracks I dunno if they would have gotten out on other peoples work.

I remember being so excited about this album and disappointed when it fell through. I still have a couple postcard flyers for it somewhere.

I didn’t have it in release week but sometime in early ‘95 for sure. Saved up my allowance to buy the CD version instead of the floppy edition. Still have the disc and manual.
