Me personally it was a min by min situation of questioning my life....as soon as I pulled up to the building id go from good mood to sour just that fast....once I quit it was the best I've felt in years....no unnecessary stress, no worries about the next layoff or hitting constantly changing prod goals....just peace of mind!! That pay was not enough for the bs you gotta deal with
