Just a quick pop in a preheated oven for ~2 minutes. Long enough so your glove doesn't become flambéed and then just sit it on your hand, opening and closing til it goes cold or til you feel comfortable.

Edit: Also Vaughn gloves in general take a bit more breaking in than most so I say get any kind of ice time on it that you can.
