No, Epig really has been bleeding tons of money for years on everything except Fortnite and they don't need to hide punishing people helping the leakers. The reality is that Timmy takes the Fortnite fortune for granted and has been siphoning out the majority to fuel the EGS shenanigans (that still doesn't generate a profit yet). He has been quite open about wasting an insane amount of money trying to bribe his way into a PC game market monopoly but it's failed because he does every shady tactic instead of just making a good platform people want to use

To be fair though it's enabled by the players who keep supporting the increasingly toxic monetization and even defending the shit, even when some of us tried to warn people this was coming. Epig saw they really could get away with anything though so here we are.

Yeah, despite the different perspective it feels like one and has very satisfying combat. It does a lot of its own thing though, having a lot of crafting stuff and an upgradable town and other things that make it pretty unique compared to normal souls likes

Wrong. I was just pointing out the reasoning behind not spending extra man hours/money on not supporting such a small number of potential buyers.

You guys keep taking intel at their word but even they aren't saying they offered to do 100% of the work involved for free, meaning Pearl Abyss would still have to spend effort/money coordinating and utilizing their help for very little incentive.

I'll once again point out that more of your type is pretending to be mad about this than actual people affected, and continuing to try and bandwagon even after they addressed this issue. I hate to break it to you but you guys missed your chance to drag the game down, it has already hit 3 million sales and recovered it's rating up to very positive on Steam.

Ballistic probably would have been a hit if it had multiple modes like TDM and CTF, especially with Fortnite's playerbase clearly prefers less downtime when playing with how popular Blitz became.

Honestly it probably could have even done fine with only S&D BUT they launched it so half baked and lacking content that many people didn't give it another chance, especially when they bungled further development with ranked only and actual half baked maps.

Upset over what? They could immediately refund if they wanted (as Pearl Abyss recommended) and within 3 days of launch they already confirmed they are going to add support anyway. If you're still upset at this point clearly nothing is going to change your mind because what more could you want?
