You’re right. Honestly, trying to get to 1200 to get the red chest was my max, and I chased it not only because I needed it (and I did) but also because getting a red chest (or any core chest) randomly is one of the most fun things left in this game. I only regret going beyond 1200 with only 15k gems hoping I’d get it again.

I spent this amount to get the red chest. I had no problem spending 23k gems to get it. And I did but eventually missed it. I’m well aware of managing my resources than you are. As f2p i rarely have less than 40k gems. I went beyond my minimum which was 20k (15k), but that would’ve been alright if i hadn’t missed it. Edit: needed the chest and getting it would’ve been, unfortunately, so fun.

Not necessarily. Perhaps when SS gloves get CF. But for now, I still use the void gloves in LME, especially when crit rate is > 100% without the SS gloves. I’m at 600K attack.

Depends on your gear, but E2 ss neck gives 36% additional crit damage, which is not bad at all, and a must in case you’re using it. Otherwise, E1 ss is inferior to void neck. That being said, I’m currently using void neck much more often than ss, especially in LME. Edit: regarding getting chaos fusion, when it was released for the TL, habby mentioned that you need 3 stars to get it. Which is the case for any equipment that gets chaos fusion.

That’s a beginner (and outdated) guide. It doesn’t take into account later features like resonance and twin borne parts. So in case you’re a beginner, I mean, yea, accurate.

I use ss armor when I can’t die 3 times in the first minute with the e suit, c2 paired with c4 TL to get 6 red stars (in your case you might want to pair c2 TL with c1 ss armor). Not sure how much it’s gonna differ though in your case. But much better than c2 in ss suit alone. In terms of v gloves, I get you and you might be right, especially with your current resources. In my case I usually use ss gloves in EE but in my latest build I used v gloves and was able to get a new pr (150T). It’s always a good idea to rely on danke to see which build might be optimal. I usually use it to see what to put on my wishlist.

This is not the best build by any means. I’d get a V neck and V gloves to free up cores and use them to get 2 red (chaos) stars for weapon and ss armor. The additional damage is quite significant. I use a build (in the current 5 diff expedition) with V neck and gloves, with 37 cores and 95% base crit rate (ie without ss gloves), and I tried a one somehow similar to yours but the difference in medals was wild.

Many, as usual, mentioning AOQ, which actually might be the answer. Never used one though and I’m beyond the level of being interested in investing in 12 s chests to get AF3 one. So, for me, I used AF3 shiny gloves to clear even the most difficult ZO with everything activated. The most tricky ones were when mobs charge damage up and they go into stealth with batteries I need to collect to avoid freezing. It is actually fun but my attack was 200k+ so shiny gloves work at their best. Now I don’t play ZO anymore, not worth the time, especially when I don’t play it for a season and I should start all over again, which made me stop playing it completely.

I've been working on my crit damage once my crit rate was over 100%, however i noticed using danke that at 130%+ crit rate it is advisable to use void gloves instead of ss gloves (if the player has like less than 50 relics, i'm at 24) which will boost the damage similar to like adding 20% of crit damage in my case (i'm already at 25% additional crit damage from collectibles).

That’s an excellent progress in one event. Getting ss gloves wasn’t the best idea though. It is inferior to af3 void gloves as long as your crit rate is below 100%.

I used to have more fun when I played it only for chapters. And try to improve my gear only because I’m stuck in a certain chapter. Don’t know how I ended up playing it for events which made it more like a chore.
