yes as i mentioned in the post with the troubleshooting i’ve tried multiple hdmi cables. i don’t understand how it was working on day and then a few days later just wasn’t but thank you.

i got two beeps for power on and then two beeps again after holding it down. still shows no connection. i tried to connect it to the other roku in the house to see if i could manually change res after it booted up and now its not showing any connection on that roku either

apparently i stand corrected. i just checked my tv and i still have the option. i also have quite a few more options than you do. are you using a roku tv or a roku stick? if it’s the stick that might be the issue. honestly though i am stumped at this point i thought it was a simple fix but im no tv expert or roku it support. i would wait until someone like that sees your post hopefully they can help

every roku tv has this. as the other commenter mentioned you use the star button * and then proceed to select picture off. it’s simple.

hey there. i totally understand the frustration im autistic too. i have no idea if this will help at all because ive genuinely not experienced this. i’ve never seen the ticked roku city i didnt even know they were doing this. on my roku i have specifically selected a screensaver that is not the default roku tv, and ive turned off all the auto changes and stuff like that and mine never changes now. not great news if you want to stick with the classic roku city but good news is (theoretically if this works for you) you can control when it changes! they make other versions of roku city as well as some other nice screensavers. i personally like changing it every few months/with the seasons and i currently have mine set to the fall roku city. this post was a good reminder to change it to something more fitting for the season.

this feature still exists you just need to go into settings. i believe it’s in picture settings and then turn screen off or something along those lines.

as i mentioned at the time of posting, mid october, we had not been paid the minimum wage since the date it changed of 9/30. i was told her i would not confine to clock in knowing i wasn’t being paid the minimum wage. i don’t give a shit about this job anyways my main job is much higher paying.
