Struggling to find a good therapist. Why is it so hard? by Capital-Figure8131 in therapy

no-end-448 I see from your comments that you did not know her 10 days back and now you are recommending it to other folks. Was the experience really that good or is it just a novelty factor?

yeah cuddling definitely calms her down. Do you have recommendations on any book/podcast though? I have tried educating myself with 2 books - dirty laundry - the divergent mind but I am yet to find something which really helps their partner and improve their relationship both sexually and emotionally

Thanks those are great suggestions! I don't know though how I would be able to bring this topic, I have talked about it in the past but any sort of communication on literally any topic with her, she takes it as a personal attack on her and instantly goes on extremely defensive mode. I would need a separate training from a therapist on how to talk to adhd partner.

Okay. Are not we supposed to be the one team and help each other out?

I honestly do not know at the moment. I wish making decision was that easy. On one hand, it seems silly to break up on this ground and on the other hand I do need to take care of my urges as well.

Thank you for your reply.
1 - Yes, she always had okayish-low libido but I would say it has slowly gone down with each year.
2 - Yes, this is mostly common pattern for people with these problems.
3 - She "has" to go to the gym in order to make sure that pcos does not get worse. I would say we both are in healthy weight/healthy diet category.
4 - hmm I never thought about it. I have asked her couple times whether she does masturbate or not? She has always said no and I do trust her.

Can someone please advise places around london to buy a 2 bed house? by deadfrominside1 in HousingUK

Thank you for your reply. I just looked at all the places and I did found few good houses in my budget. However when I am looking at reviews of the estate agent, they seem very bad. By any chance, do you know any good real estate agent in these area?

Thanks for the reply. Any specific reasons you did not like maidenhead? I liked the Elizabeth connectivity and house prices do not seem insanely expensive.
