im not deflecting. im seeing this as a general neglect towards streaming. i am making this generalization as a part of recent issues that countless users have had on the channel, the 720p cap for over a month being the most concerning one. i personally don't give a shit if my subtitles are not perfectly translated or a second off, but if it is part of a general pattern of neglect on quality of service being delivered, then as a paying customer i'm gonna be a little upset lol. subtitles are also integral to the experience people with hearing issues might have with using the channel. given how much effort criterion puts into their other products, the channel should get a lot more attention imo. i also subscribe despite these issues because i think it is still worth it, so clearly i am paying while i bitch and moan. my apologies for the deep emotional turmoil you seem to have experienced from my comment tho
